Customer satisfaction is my top priority. However, as a service-based business, I have the following refund policy in place to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
Refund Policy for Services
- Website Design Services:
- Refunds will not be provided once the project has entered the design or development phase.
- If you choose to cancel your project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of any deposit paid, minus a 10% processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued for completed work or services that have been rendered.
- Maintenance Packages:
- Maintenance plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds will not be provided for partial months or unused time once the billing cycle has started.
- If you wish to cancel a maintenance package, please provide 30 days’ written notice.
Requesting a Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to mel.ashlan@outloo.com. Please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Project details or service description
- Reason for requesting a refund
We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Technical issues or errors caused by me, Melissa Mahoney, that cannot be resolved.
- Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
