Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is my top priority. However, as a service-based business, I have the following refund policy in place to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.


Refund Policy for Services

  1. Website Design Services:
    • Refunds will not be provided once the project has entered the design or development phase.
    • If you choose to cancel your project before work has begun, you may be eligible for a refund of any deposit paid, minus a 10% processing fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for completed work or services that have been rendered.
  2. Maintenance Packages:
    • Maintenance plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds will not be provided for partial months or unused time once the billing cycle has started.
    • If you wish to cancel a maintenance package, please provide 30 days’ written notice.

Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to mel.ashlan@outloo.com. Please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Project details or service description
  • Reason for requesting a refund

We will review your request and respond within 7-10 business days.


Exceptions

Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Technical issues or errors caused by me, Melissa Mahoney, that cannot be resolved.
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.

These exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
